It basically changed how our lives are organised. Before those, people had to live close together in towns and villages, basically within walking distance of shops and bakeries and butchers to get fresh food every day. Now you can live miles apart without shops in walking or even biking distance. it made large residential suburbs (and ribbonbuilding here) possible.
But when I was little I really thought that I discovered jumping but I realised quite soon after that it had been discovered a long time ago .... a very long time ago !
